Easingwold and Raskelf Parish Safeguarding Policies
Easingwold and Raskelf Parochial Church Council (PCC) has complied with the duty under Section 5 of the “Safeguarding and Clergy Discipline Measure 2016 (duty to have regard to the House of Bishop’s guidance on safeguarding children and vulnerable adults).”
The PCC has put processes in place for the assessment of the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) through the Churches Child Protection Advisory Service (CCPAS), now called Thirtyone:eight. All members of the PCC know that a DBS check is now required.
